Personal Trainer / Life Coach


My name is Brek Montoya and I have been in the sports and fitness industry for over 12 years, having worked professionally as a Minor League Baseball Umpire, Basketball Referee and as a Personal Training General Manager/ Head Trainer. I have trained the UA swim teams as well as Ford USA Swim teams. I have worked at multiple well-known and high profile gyms across the nation. Having worked with celebrities, professional athletes, and college athletes, I have helped people of all ages, walks of life, and fitness levels – my promise is to help you reach your full potential.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and the American Sports & Fitness Association (ASFA).  In addition, I am a SPINNING® Certified Instructor.  In 1-on1 training as well as Boot Camps, I utilize High Intensity Interval Training as well as Kettlebells and CrossFit methods.. Functional Movement Training has also has a strong influence in the way I train.  I focus on transformations from the inside out by overall motivation and lifestyle coaching. 


I have a strong passion for teaching people the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, including proper nutrition and exercise. Helping clients fulfill their goals is what drives and inspires me. I love working with dedicated clients, motivating them to push hard and achieve results they never thought possible.
